September 23, 2020, Princeton, NJ: MediaAgility announced today that it is ISO 27001 certified. The international security standard sets information security policies, best practices, guidelines, and checklist-based systematic approach to manage an organization’s information security.
“Being named as one of the 5000 fastest-growing companies in America by Inc. magazine came with great responsibility around our own security as well as our global clients’ data and processes. I appreciate and congratulate all the team members who fulfilled that responsibility with a security-first mindset. In line with our executive commitment to information security, we followed a rigorous process and the strictest security protocols to establish and strengthen our information security measures,” says Swarraj Kulkarni, Chief Technology Officer, MediaAgility.
The certification was validated after a two-level audit conducted by British Standards Institution (accredited by ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB)). “Security for us is more than a one-time done and dusted process. ISO 27001 certification is a recognition of all our ongoing efforts and this is just the beginning of our multi-fold responsibility on the information security front. Our company is committed to continually enhance our security-first culture and follow all information security practices, policies and guidelines mandated and recommended by ISO,” adds Swarraj Kulkarni.
